Some Basic Goals

Always know what's for dinner!

Eat nutrient dense foods for each meal.

No processed food - that means no refined foods, just the good, real, fresh, whole goodness.

Eat in such a way that our bodies can utilize and digest all that we consume.

Eat well, but do so inexpensively.

Prepare meals with aesthetic appeal and something for all 5 senses.

Eat local foods as much as possible.

Avoid the grocery store.
