I'm confused about a few things here - what is sprouted tuna, (if the sprouted part referred to the pita pockets, where do you get tuna you trust, I assume it's not canned?) and I thought canned clams would be no good according to WAPF?
Ha, yes, the sprouted is the pita pocket. This was canned tuna...which should be avoided, but actually contains nearly half the mercury than fresh tuna from what I've read.Everything canned should be avoided and only consumed in extreme moderation (or desperation...which was the case here)
