Spring Salad

Dandelion greens, walnut, and chevre salad with vinagrette


1 bunch dandelion greens
1/2 cup crispy walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup chevre
3 tbsp EVoliveoil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
